**What is Rella?**

Rella is an all-in-one social media management tool for influencers, made by an influencer. Think of us as the backend operations of an influencer's business. Rella is a platform that connects every aspect of an influencer’s business in one place. Including management, monetization, data analytics, and community. Our app will be available on iOS, Android, and the web. It is the only tool an influencer will need to run their business. **The Story**

Natalie Barbu has been immersed in the influencer industry during its nascent period. As a content creator managing her entire brand, she grew frustrated that there was no one tool out there to centralize her influencer business. Instead, she had multiple apps open at all times and an inefficient and unproductive system. Thus, came Rella. Rella makes it easier than ever to manage your entire business as an influencer in one place.

**Company Description:**

Sencha is creating the bridge. An API that allows these credit unions and community banks to add crypto offerings into their banking core to offer to their customers so that they can also acquire cryptocurrencies. We do this in a simple, safe, and compliant manner, and contribute to taking custody of the bank's wallets and keys. Sencha is crypto simplified for the traditional banking user so that they don't vanish in the near future, but instead, they are well equipped and up to date with the technological times. Sencha will help superpower these institutions, so they are not left behind!

**Mission:**

_Sencha is building the bridge between the Traditional Financial (TradFi) world and the Decentralized Financial (DeFi) one. Sencha was built out of the frustration of seeing marginalized communities and individuals being denied the same financial opportunities as everyone else. We believe no one should be denied the opportunity to reach new financial heights. We’ve been around for about 1 year and a half and have been growing ever since. We are hard at work trying to build a decentralized finance solution for financial institutions._ 

**Differentiation:** 

Differentiation between Sencha and all competitors is that it is the first platform to provide turnkey crypto/DeFi based solutions to community banks and credit unions through white-labeled means. We’re enabling these organizations with buying/sell/hold crypto and earn a yield on stable coins initially. Eventually, we will allow these organizations to offer borrowing against crypto, interaction with DeFi protocols, and staking all while not needing the technical knowledge to do so. 

**Progress:**

As of now, the executive team has been doing the heavy lifting in regards to customer acquisition so we don’t have a CAC. We have advisors from the credit union/community banking space including the CEO of a top 25 bank in the US. These connections put us ahead of many others. We have a pipeline of credit unions/community banks that we’re discussing making solutions for. It will be on a pilot basis so initially, we’ll be making money primarily from transaction style fees. We have had over 80 customer discovery calls, and have completed our MVP.
