Bonton Connect is co-founded by two software engineers who are aiming to solve the internet penetration problem of Bangladesh. In Bangladesh, 112 million people which is 69% of the population, are still offline due to mobile data being expensive, limited and unstable. Therefore, Bonton is solving the problem through network infrastructure sharing that reduces the cost of broadband internet.
